Bethesda rolled out PC system specs for Elder Scrolls: Skyrim this week. Minimum specs are pretty tame – a 512MB video card, a 2GHz Dual Core processor & 2GB of RAM, but going hard core will take double the RAM, a decent Quad Core processor and a 1GB video card.
